May Family Day
The event is free of charge with a suggested donation of £5. Drop-ins are welcome on the day.
Join us this may half term for a day of creative, collaborative activities exploring biodiversity and our connection to the natural world around us.
Explore the microscopic networks that link us with plant and animal life. Combine woodworking and weaving to create your own vibrant artworks mapping out the amazing garden ecosystem. Then harness the power of printmaking to share a powerful message promoting kindness to nature, using natural dye inks and materials from the garden.
Our usual family resources will also be available: the Mini Playhouse, sensory den, playroom, family trails and sensory explorer bags.
We use the term family broadly to include any form of family structure, including LGBTQIA+ families, chosen family, friends and allies.
